Article summary

For Scheduled Remittance, as the name implies, an ISV is set up with a specific schedule by default, which will be inherited by its merchant during onboarding. However, the ISV can still update the frequency (days) on which the merchant’s transactions are to be remitted by Access PaySuite.

Furthermore, the ISV can update its own default remittance configuration. Once updated, any new merchants that the ISV onboards will inherit the new default remittance configuration. As mentioned earlier, the ISV’s existing merchants will keep the previous default setting and will not be changed as per new ISV configuration. The ISV can update existing merchants to the new default if they so wish.

To view and update the ISV’s remittance configuration, please refer to Manage Flexible Remittance Configuration

Please note: If the remittance date falls on a bank holiday remittance will occur on the next working day.
