Issuing Refunds

You can issue refunds by using the Refunds API or Merchants can process refunds manually in the Evolve Merchant Portal.

You can partially or fully refund any successful payment, but you can’t refund a total greater than the original payment amount.

Refund collection

The refunded amount will be deducted from the next available merchant payout.
